Maintenance and continuous improvement of the integrated system according to the standards ČSN EN ISO 9001, ČSN EN ISO 14001 and ČSN ISO 45001 within the framework of sustainable development, for a permanent increase in the effectiveness and efficiency of all work and management processes.
Adherence to the relevant binding obligations to which the organization is subject, which relate to product quality and its environmental aspects and risks, with an emphasis on a preventive approach to this issue.
Ensuring sufficient resources needed for the implementation of an integrated system, ensuring adequate infrastructure at a high level with the aim of high efficiency and quality of work, minimizing environmental impacts and risks in the field of health and safety.
Systematic training, management and motivation of all employees to strengthen responsibility for quality, own safety and the protection of the health of others, to minimize environmental damage, incidents in the field of health and safety and ensure high quality of all services, incl. involving workers in programs of the integrated system (discussion and participation). Increasing the role and responsibility of executives at all levels of company management.
